The famous Swiss designer ORIANNE COLLINS has chosen the International Jewellery week in Dubai on November 4th 2009 to launch the OC Jewellery Collection in the Mideast.

ORIANNE COLLINS has drawn on all sorts of influences: emotions, dreams, graphic design and art. A style constellation which now offers modern women striking or unusual jewellery combinations, with poetic, artistic or ingénue ideas, each of them suited to one woman in particular. She has intuitively imagined jewels which were unlike each other, with a whiff of exclusivity.

Through these ten different worlds of jewellery the OC Collection expands into a real kaleidoscope of urban and traditional trends in a contemporary classic vein. By multiplying the possibilities, the designer is not content with covering her tracks. OC LIMITED - A SECRET TIME

OC LIMITED is the acme of high-end jewellery. Amazingly refined and shamelessly extravagant, this mini-line is the richest of the OC Collection. Each year, ORIANNE COLLINS enjoys sculpting shapes, in a whirl of color, trying out techniques to come up with a jewel which is totally out-of-this–world.

In a unique setting, the blood-red accents of the ruby flirt with the pure brilliance of the diamonds and the white of the gold. The generous paving juxtaposes hearts of passion, available as earrings and a bracelet. The necklace sets off the Heavy Metal style chains in bold contrast with the ultra sophisticated pendant to give a neo-glam visual impact. By order, this jewel can also be set with emeralds, sapphires or colored diamonds.

OC TALES - A GENTLE INVITATION TO TRAVEL

Since the dawn of time, the palaces of Orient abound with books and tales from the thousand and one nights. ORIANNE COLLINS brilliantly recreates the magic which enveloped her when she visited the Glaoui Palace in Fez, Morocco, in her OC TALES jewellery line.

The designer drew arabesques, working with the same variations in the curves which make up the palace’s ornaments. She evokes the enchanting world created by this architecture and uses warm gold to echo the precious opulence. She dresses her earrings with orange and amber sapphires, citrine amethysts and topazes set with a wealth of white and black diamonds recalling the voluptuous elegance of the East.

Especially for the show, ORIANNE COLLINS has designed OC TALES Collection in white diamond. An entire, unique, and brilliant set: necklace, bracelet, ring and earrings… You could discover them during the show.

OC WONDERS - ENCHANTMENT AND SENSITIVITY

OC WONDERS is like something straight out of a dream garden. The collection uses unusual minerals and creative fantasies, spreading a carpet of multi-colored sapphires over graceful petals and foliage, to create bouquets of exotic and poetic varieties.
A universe which oscillates between a trip to the countryside and an enchanted journey, featuring rings with a decidedly fresh palette, born from the lively imagination of a designer who communicates her passion for the exceptional.
